Hi, I'm Bill Foster. Welcome to my website -- your free, unbiased resource for information on stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, bathroom safety modifications, and other ways to make a home safer for people with mobility challenges in Las Vegas, Nevada and surrounding areas.
After decades in business, I now share my knowledge at no cost. I don’t sell anything. I’m not affiliated with any brand. My only goal is to help Las Vegas families make informed, confident choices for their loved ones.
Not sure what stairlift or home modification makes sense? Ask me a question here.
About Me
I spent decades as a licensed general contractor, elevator installer, and real estate broker, specializing in residential accessibility solutions like indoor and outdoor stairlifts, wheelchair lifts, and aging-in-place renovations. I have been certified as an Aging in Place Specialist and qualified compliance inspector for the Veterans Administration’s Adaptive Housing Program.
My work has helped hundreds of Southern Nevada residents remain safe and independent in their homes. While my business has been sold and I no longer sell products or services, my expertise remains — and I’m here to share it free of charge with residents of Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, and nearby communities.

- Can I install a ceiling lift in my mobile home?
- Is there a substitute for grab bars? They are so depressing to look at.
- My husband lost his left leg to infection. He loves to cook and hopes to be able to continue to use our kitchen. Any suggestions? Hopping is not an option.
